Made in small, hand-crafted batches in TEXAS, this unassuming bottle contains a truly premium unaged white rum worthy of drinking neat. Its nose is reminiscent of a fine 100% agave sipping tequila with hints of butterscotch, citrus and vanilla. On the palate, it opens warm, with a taste of black pepper and allspice, then comfortably follows through with what the nose promised: vanilla, butterscotch, & citrus. The finish is full-bodied and quite smooth.
