Pecan Street Rum

IMPROVING RUM’S REPUTATION

Pecan Street Rum is the only rum in America oak-aged with shelled Texas pecans. It has no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners.

Because it has this pecan – banana – butterscotch – whiskey – oak (think walnut) – caramel – maple - rum flavor thing going on, it is a mixologist’s dream and in the kitchen, it can turn dining into a Four Star affair.

“In just about any cream-based cocktail, Pecan Street Rum is like high-definition on a regular TV program: It simply makes it better in every conceivable way.”

Neal MacDonald, Proof66.com

STRAIGHT SILVER RUM

This pure, unaged white sipping rum has a nuanced palate rivaling the complexity of a fine tequila. It has a mature, well-rounded flavor and its smooth finish is missing the “bite” experienced when tasting so many other rums. Straight Silver Rum never gets in the way. Yet somehow, it makes every cocktail taste just that much better.

NOSE - Hints of butterscotch, citrus and vanilla.

PALATE - Initial tastes of black pepper and allspice give way to vanilla, butterscotch, and citrus.

FINISH - Full bodied, quite smooth.

40% Alc./Vol. (80 Proof)

THE ONLY AMERICAN SINGLE MALT WITH 20% RYE

80% Malted Barley • 20% Rye • 100% Texan

PREMIUM AMERICAN WHISKEY

This whiskey captures the very essence of what it means to be a Texan. It comes into the room with a bold self-assuredness, hints at what it is about to do, lives up to its promise, and with Texas manners, it departs quietly--leaving you wanting more.

46% Alc./Vol. (92 Proof)

NOSE - Hints of sweetness, toasty wood and floral notes.

PALATE - Opens warm with nuanced and complex flavors that begin with vanilla, nougat, dark chocolate, banana and apple. Then transitions to black pepper, cinnamon, and allspice -- all ballasted by wood but not dominated by it.

FINISH - Ties it all up nice with a satin ribbon. There is a very pleasant, creamy mouthfeel, surprisingly smooth, and a nice fade.
